- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I don't appreciate how rude you were to my mother today. You embarrassed her and shamed her for discarding a used piece of medical equipment which was a cheaply made foot brace. You told her how expensive it was and when she tried to apologize you told her not to apologize to you but to her insurance company. She continued to apologize and you said she should have donated it. Nobody could have possibly known to do that and you are not the insurance police. Just because someone is a Medicaid patient with limited abilities you don't get to talk to them like criminals. Shame on you.
